Dinner in the Social Hall, Festivities in the Sanctuary,

Participate in a festive celebration of Israel’s 70th birthday! We’ll chant and discuss Megillat Ha-Atzma’ut — Israel’s Declaration of Independence — and enjoy entertaining activities for all ages, including cookie decorating, arts & crafts, Israeli dancing and music.

6:00pm- Israeli themed dinner
6:45pm- Reading of Israel’s Scroll of Independence with trope, followed by discussion of Israeli’s aspirations and achievements.
7:45pm – Israeli dance, song, and a special presentation of historic coins connected to the land of Israel.
