Help Kol Emeth as we live without our regular home.

Please also consider supporting Kol Emeth’s COVID-19 relief efforts in partnership with LifeMoves and Community Services Agency (CSA). There are many ways to help, like sewing masks for LifeMoves or donating to their Emergency Relief Fund, or donating food to CSA. Learn more about how you can donate and participate here.

Upcoming opportunities to volunteer:

The Chesed Committee
The Chesed Committee provides much needed support to congregants going through difficult times. Ways you can help include: Shiva Minyanim, Meal Train, Rides, Friendly Visitors. To learn more please contact Lisa Kolbe.

Be a Greeter!
With our move to the JCC, we now need extra greeters to help welcome Kol Emeth members and guests during the service.  If you are able to provide guidance to our guests and are willing to direct children (and adults) to classes, please sign up to help. It’s a great way to see and meet new people too. Please sign up on the spreadsheet. If you have any questions or are unable to access the spreadsheet, please contact Naomi Mitchell.

Become a Volunteer Reading Tutor
In just one hour a week, you can help a struggling student learn to love reading. Take part in this rewarding tikkun olam program and help a child succeed. Join the Jewish Coalition for Literacy as a volunteer reading tutor and make a difference in a child’s life.

To become a JCL tutor, you must first attend a free training and orientation session. No previous tutoring experience is necessary! You will be provided information about school district fingerprinting, which may be required.
