Join us for a fun and festive Megillah Reading! Light dinner will be provided, along with hamantaschen. Kids (K and up) will join the main service for the first three chapters. Students will be called up to the bimah to sing Purim songs (learned in class) accompanied by our ukulele chug. At 7pm, all students will be invited downstairs to “The Underground” for organized games, crafts and activities, while the Megillah reading continues for everyone else.

What would Purim be without a Carnival?
Kol Emeth is joining forces with Congregation Beth David in Saratoga to bring you the most fabulous Purim Carnival yet! There will be 5 huge inflatables, including an obstacle courses, human foosball, a 20-foot slide, and Hippo Chow Down. You will also find pony cart rides, a petting zoo, carnival games, face painting, a performance by a Klezmer band, Hot Kugel, a silent auction, plus so much more. We will even have a wine and chocolate tasting for the adults!

We are in need of about a dozen volunteers to work at the Purim Carnival. Anyone in 8th grade and up is encouraged to volunteer. It will also be a wonderful opportunity to hang out with the Beth David teens. Adults are also encourage to help out.
