Shtisel is an Israeli television drama series that follows the storyline of a fictional ultra-Orthodox Haredi Jewish family living in the Geula neighborhood of present-day Jerusalem.
We will show and discuss the first two episodes of this Israel TV hit. The series, first aired in 2013, is poignantly written, excellently acted and has complicated story lines about life, love. and loss in the family of Shulem Shtisel.
