Congregation Kol Emeth provides accommodations for the hearing impaired, visually challenged and physically challenged members of our congregation and guests.
We offer large-print prayer books for Shabbat, daily prayers and holidays as well as special lightweight enlarged High Holiday prayer book sections for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
While we’re in multiple locations we know it can be confusing about what we have where. We’re always happy to answer any questions if you contact us.
At the JCC there are people to guide and assist people on the parking lot level, and we have greeters to guide and assist on the upper levels. If you need to minimize walking, please go to the end of row E in the parking lot for valet service, to park, or to be dropped off. There are handicapped spaces; you can use them if you have a placard. The elevator near the end of row E takes you to the areas we’ll use for services (1st floor Cultural Arts Hall or 4th floor Friedenrich Conference Center). The best restrooms for that building are to the left as you face the elevator on that level (P). Valet service is open until 1pm, is free, and there is no tipping.
The Kol Emeth administrative offices are located on the 2nd floor of 2525 Charleston Rd in Mountain View, in suite 204. When you are in the building courtyard, with your back to Charleston, you will be facing 2 doors, one marked 2525, and the other 2513.
To access the elevator, please enter through the 2513 door. When you reach the 2nd floor, please proceed through the corridor on your left (marked “201 – 204”) to reach the Kol Emeth office.
Please note that the 2513 side has the only elevator in the building, and the only passageway connecting 2513 to the Kol Emeth offices is on the 2nd floor.
